Regal Decision Systems Inc. (REGAL), is proud to be a Prime Small Business Contractor for NAVSEA under the SeaPort-Enhanced MAC. The REGAL Team currently provides on-site technical expertise to NAVAIR regarding facilities, equipment and test instrumentation. Our Team also provides engineering, acquisition logistics management, and technical services to support the design, development, acquisition, evaluation, certification and life cycle support of relevant programs. REGAL utilizes proven project management techniques to better understand technologies, products and service processes which mitigates customer risk and negative impacts to cost, schedule and performance. 

Our Team has prepared development and fabrication specifications, safety data packages, engineering drawing packages, Engineering Change Proposal packages, and Notice of Revisions (NORs). Our Team recommendations for corrections or improvements are translated into detailed engineering changes and or procedural documents which provide the basis for required improvements, corrections to in-service deficiencies, improved logistic support and life cycle cost savings.
